Sulforaphane is one of the most studied natural compounds in the world, with more than 1,900 published studies and dozens of registered human trials from major research institutions. It is an indirect antioxidant: it amplifies the defenses you already have rather than replacing them. In a human study, sulforaphane raised blood glutathione, the body's master antioxidant, by 32%.

Across the category, labels print "sulforaphane glucosinolate," which is actually glucoraphanin, the precursor, not sulforaphane itself. Most supplements skip the myrosinase enzyme entirely, leaving as little as 5% bioavailability, and independent testing has shown some products deliver a fraction of what is on the label. Almost no sulforaphane brand carries third-party certification. Guard SRF will disclose every ingredient and every dose, will be third-party tested, and will publish a Certificate of Analysis for every batch.
Beauty really does start from within. Sulforaphane supports your skin's own antioxidant defenses, the ones it already makes to look after itself. In a small randomized study of 18 people over about 10 days, oral glucoraphanin raised the expression of the skin's own NQO1 defense enzyme by roughly three times, and lowered two inflammatory markers the researchers measured. This is early, small, short-duration human data.

Most sulforaphane supplements contain only 25-30mg of glucoraphanin without the myrosinase enzyme needed to convert it. Without myrosinase, bioavailability drops to as low as 5%. Guard SRF will deliver 100mg of glucoraphanin co-formulated with 75mg of mustard seed myrosinase and 100mg of vitamin C as an enzymatic cofactor, achieving up to 40% conversion to active sulforaphane.
Sulforaphane has been studied extensively in human clinical trials with an excellent safety profile. Guard SRF will use well-studied ingredients at transparent doses. As with any supplement, consult your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.
